Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Products Policy Due to the nature of digital products and software-as-a-service (SaaS), our products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once access is granted or the software is downloaded, we cannot "take back" the product.

2. Trial Periods If we offer a free trial, you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial period ends. If you do not cancel, the subscription will convert to a paid plan, and the payment method on file will be charged. This charge is non-refundable.

3. Service Downtime Refunds are not automatically issued for temporary service downtime, routine maintenance, or minor bugs. In the event of significant, prolonged service failure attributed solely to oCode360 Pulse t/a JVW Business Solutions, we may, at our discretion, offer service credits or a pro-rated refund for the affected period.

4. Chargebacks You agree to contact us prior to raising a dispute or chargeback with your bank or credit card provider to resolve any billing issues. If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to terminate your account immediately and permanently ban you from using our services.
